On Thursday India’s best-selling car Maruti Suzuki India launched their car Ertiga series priced between Rs 5.89 lakh to Rs 8.45 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) .
Ertiga will be available in both petrol and diesel variants. There are six variants of Ertiga starting from a price of Rs 5.89 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), the petrol variant is priced between Rs 5.89 lakh and Rs 7.30 lakh, while the diesel variant cost between Rs 7.30 lakh and Rs 8.45 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
While when we talk about its specification, petrol variant is powered with a 1.4 litre engine and is capable of making 95PS @ 6000rpm and a rather decent 130Nm of torque @ 4000rpm. Petrol variant gives the economy average of 16.02 kmpl.
On other hand the diesel one will have a 1.3 litre powertrain and capability of 90PS @ 4000 rpm and a solid 200Nm of torque @ 1750 rpm gives the average of 20.77 kmpl as noticed in test drive.
As compared the features to others then it have class comfort features like electronic power steering, power windows , a high-end stereo system with AUX/USB in, steering-mounted audio controls, electronically adjustable ORVMs, air conditioning and heating with blowers for the second row of seats as well and safety features such as ABS, EBD, adjustable second and third row of seats and two front airbags being offered as standard on this vehicle.

Maruti Suzuki India has invested of about Rs 400 crore to develop the Ertiga.
