UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (UPSC) has provided admit cards for Indian Forest Service Examination 2012, admit cards published on UPSC official website candidates can download their admit cards from 21st june 2012 to 23rd july 2012.
This exam is conducted for the jobs of officers Indian Forest Services (IFS) by UPSC. According to UPSC notification there are only 85 vacancies for IFS.
Last date of Online Application for IFS 2012: 14th April – 14th May 2012 and the exam will be held in the month of july on 14th.

Candidates who filled the application form online or offline will require admit card to sit in the examination hall and to check their result either he/she selected or not.

Union Public Service Commission will be conducting the Indian Forest Service Examination 2012 commencing from 14-07-2012 to 23-07-2012 all over India. The Commission has uploaded the e-Admit Cards for the convenience of the admitted candidate(s) (or the reasons/grounds for rejection of application in respect of rejected applications) on its website . The candidates are advised to download their e-Admit Cards and take a printout thereof. The admitted candidates will have to produce the printout of their e-Admit Cards at the allotted venue for appearing in the examination. In case the photograph is not visible or available on the e-Admit Cards, candidates are advised to carry identical photographs ( one photograph for each session) alongwith proof of Identity such as Identity Card or Voter Identity Card or Passport or Driving License and the printout of e-Admit Card at the venue of the Examination. No paper Admit Card will be issued for this examination by the Commission.
The candidates are advised to take a printout of the e-Admit Card (or the reasons/grounds for rejection of application in respect of rejected applications) well in advance to avoid last minute rush. In the past, cases have been noticed where some candidates have faced difficulty in accessing the server on the last day on account of server overload.
In case of any discrepancy in the e-Admit Card, the same may be communicated to the Commission immediately by email (email ID firstname.lastname@example.org) latest by 02-07-2012 to enable the Commission to take a decision in the matter.
